Ice Cream Mix
Comelle is an ice-cream mix that is made from skimmed milk. Lakeland diaries have been reformulating their ice-cream mix for the last three year, improving the flavour and lowering the sugar content each time and have now successfully crafted their ‘’best ever recipe’.
The melt in the mouth ice-cream holds it shape and has the perfect creamy vanilla blend which you can perfectly customise with toppings. It is consistently stable and reliable which makes it perfect for takeaways & restaurants.

Honeycomb Sundae
- Drizzle the chocolate sauce into a sundae glass and add a few honeycomb pieces.
- Swirl in the Comelle soft serve ice cream
- Pour a little chocolate sauce over the ice cream and add some more honeycomb pieces
- Repeat in layers until the sundae glass is almost full. Remember – the more layers, the more impressive the finished sundae will look!
- Finish with a swirl of whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate sauce and some more honeycomb pieces.
- Optional: add a chocolate flake and fan wafer
